Terms of Service

Last updated: June 15, 2026

These terms are a binding agreement between you and enc0re inc, a Delaware corporation ("we", "us"), the operator of Thermal, a chat-first CRM service. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Thermal lets you capture contacts from conversation, screenshots, and email, and helps you organize and query your professional network with AI assistance. AI-extracted information is a suggestion, not a record of fact — you are responsible for reviewing proposals before accepting them.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your Google account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use Thermal.

3. Your data

You retain all rights to the contact data, notes, and content you store in Thermal. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate and improve the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you may lawfully store the personal data of your contacts.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Thermal to send spam, scrape or resell data, violate others' privacy, infringe intellectual property, probe or disrupt the service, or break the law. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. Billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis. Trials convert or expire as described at checkout. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI output may be inaccurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by emailing rickyandoni@gmail.com. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms, with notice where practicable.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of- law rules. You and enc0re inc agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
